I am getting an error when try to open a semi-colon separated file that reads as follow:

I tried testing opening a csv file with a semi-colon as a separator, it works fine, see attached. Please send your problem file to support@imanage.com , there are probably one or more characters with an encoding that we are not handling properly. I will run your file through the debugger and come back with next steps
