When I am trying to launch the latest version of your program, I receive the following warning message. I have R version 4.3.1 installed on my computer. Thanks.
You can try following:1) Upgrade Mac OS. Some Mac users mentioned the issue of launching the BlueSky Statistics application was resolved by upgrading the Mac OS (if there is any pending update).2) Disable your anti-virus (on Windows/Mac) and then launch the BlueSky Statistics application. If app launches successfully, you may want to add BlueSky Statistics.exe to the anti-virus exception list and enable the anti-virus.
If you see following message when you launch BlueSky Statistics application, try to launch the application 2 or 3 times and let it check and install updates. After 3 launches if you still see the 'R launch failure' message then follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Open Windows ‘File Explorer’. In address bar type %APPDATA% and press Enter key.
Step 2: In ‘File Explorer’ find ‘BlueSky Statistics’ folder and go inside this folder.
Step 3: Locate appconfig file. If you are using BlueSky Statistics app version is 10.3.2 then the appconfig file name will be ‘appconfig.v10.3.2.json’.
Step 4: Open ‘appconfig.v10.3.2.json’ in any text editor. Locate ‘exitSeconds’ and change its value to 60.
Step 5: Save and close the file and launch BlueSky Statistics application. If you still see the same issue. You can set a higher value (e.g. 90 or 120) for ‘exitSeconds’ and save file and try launching the BlueSky Statistics application.
I had done that several times, and the program is still not working!
I have followed all these steps, and my program is still not working? What can I do?
