I've tried to close the windows defender and anti virus, but it still doesn't work. I've also changes existedseconds from 120 to 60 or 90. Please tell me how to slove it……
Did you check whether Windows Defender or some other antivirus software (Norton, McAfee, Bitdefender, etc.) is on your laptop? Some antivirus software may be blocking the launch of the BlueSky Statistics app. One of the users sent the following solution earlier for his antivirus setting changes. You may have to make similar setting changes depending on the antivirus software you may have

I went to Bitdefender --> Protection --> Advanced Threat Defense --> Open (opened) --> Settings Tab --> Manage Exceptions ( clicked on blue Manage exceptions) --> clicked on +Add an Exception --> Exception Options --> clicked on the search icon to navigate to the BlueSky Statistics folder. selected Statistics-v10.3.4.exe and clicked Save
